What we handle for homeowners who receive our mail and for the businesses we work with, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how to opt out. Plain English wherever possible.
Rendaero, Inc. ("Rendaero," "we," "us," "our") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a full-service direct-mail marketing company for home-services businesses. We identify likely-interested homeowners, design a personalized postcard for each one — including an AI-rendered image of how that home's own yard could look with new turf installed — and then print and mail it on our client's behalf, with call tracking and reporting. We run the entire process ourselves; the software we use is our own internal tooling, not a product we license to others.
This policy explains the personal information we handle in three situations: (1) homeowners who receive our mail, (2) the businesses that engage us, and (3) visitors to this website. If you only want to stop receiving mail, skip to your choices.

We use this information only to create, send, and measure direct mail for the home-services business that engaged us, and to honor opt-outs. We do not sell it.
You can remove your address from all future Rendaero mail at any time. Visit rendaero.ai/optout (also printed on every postcard) and enter the mailing address shown on your card; you may add a phone number if you'd also like calls or texts to stop. We add the address to our do-not-contact list and suppress it from future mailings. You can also email privacy@rendaero.ai. Mail already in production can take a short time to fully stop.
When a home-services business engages us, we collect the business and contact details needed to run their campaigns and bill them: company name and point of contact, email and phone, website, logo and branding, service-area and pricing inputs, contractor license number, return mailing address, and billing details. We assign a tracked phone number to each client to route and attribute calls. Authorized users at a client may have a login to a portal where they can view their campaigns and call activity and update their branding and rates.
If you submit a form on this site — to contact us, request a demo, or join the waitlist — we store what you provide (such as name, company, email, phone, and any message) so we can respond. We use a bot-detection service on these forms to prevent abuse. We keep basic server logs and a session cookie needed to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share information only:
Some providers operate their own platforms under their own terms; mapping and imagery data in particular may be subject to the provider's terms.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide and measure our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it. Do-not-contact records are kept indefinitely so we can continue to honor your opt-out. You can ask us to delete information sooner (see "Your rights").
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email privacy@rendaero.ai; we respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30–45 days).
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. EU/UK residents have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging, and we review our practices regularly. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the data in our care. For questions about our security posture, contact privacy@rendaero.ai.
Our services are directed to businesses and to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We'll post any material changes to this page and update the date above. We'll communicate significant changes that affect the businesses we work with to them directly.
