Step 1

Pick a service area.

Drop a zip code, draw a polygon, or pick a radius around an address you've already worked. Rendaero pulls a complete parcel list — every house, every lot — from public county records, no list broker required.

Qualify from above.

For every parcel we pull a high-resolution satellite tile and run a vision model trained on tens of thousands of hand-labeled lawns. The model classifies each property by lawn condition — patchy, brown, dead, healthy — and lot characteristics.

This is the part nobody else does. For every qualified address, Rendaero takes a satellite view of the property, removes the existing landscape, and uses AI to render the same yard with turf installed — same property, same lighting, photorealistic result. Step 4

Print, sort, and drop.

Each month we print 5.5" × 4.25" oversized postcards on heavy stock, sort to USPS standards, and induct into the mail stream — typically 1–2 weeks from the start of the cycle, scaling with drop size.
