Rendaero is an AI-powered lead generation platform for home services. We combine computer vision over commercial satellite imagery, generative AI rendering, and managed direct-mail fulfillment to deliver exclusive, high-intent leads to the sales teams and installer companies doing the work.
The company began at an AI hackathon in April 2026, when our four founders demonstrated that residential properties needing replacement turf — patchy lawns, dirt yards, failing landscape — could be identified at scale from above and rendered photorealistically with installed turf in place. The implication was immediate: the addresses every turf company spends $50–$150 per shared lead to acquire from digital aggregators were visible from satellite for a fraction of the cost, and could be qualified, personalized, and addressed at scale through a single pipeline.
We incorporated shortly after the hackathon and have spent the months since building Rendaero into a fully managed service: satellite-driven property qualification, per-recipient AI-rendered creative, USPS first-class fulfillment, and tracked-phone-number attribution — delivered as a monthly subscription with itemized per-callback billing. Today we serve turf sales teams and installer companies, primarily in the Sun Belt. The same workflow extends to every home-services category where the offer is visual and the lead is a property — roofing, solar, painting, paving, pool service — and those verticals sit ahead on our product roadmap.
Direct mail's bad reputation comes from bad lists and worse design. The fix isn't more mail — it's mail to the right addresses with imagery your sales team doesn't have to explain.
